1. Ordering Process:
- Customers can place orders through our online store, selecting products from our catalog of salon equipment and supplies.
- Please be sure to choose your fabric selection and any upgrades you wish for all Hydrotherapy Shampoo Beds.
- Upon completing the checkout process, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing details of their purchase.
2. Payment Methods:
- We accept various payment methods including major credit cards and PayPal.
- All transactions are processed securely to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of customer information.
3. Shipping:
- Orders are processed and shipped in accordance to manufacturing of custom items and cargo freight if implied.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
- Please note that cargo shipments may have a delay due to customs and entering the country. This is something outside of our control and although these delays are uncommon, we want to communicate to you that this sometimes happens for any international transport.

4. Returns / Exchanges / Credits:
- To initiate return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and instructions.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with any applicable accessories included.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We do not offer refunds but will gladly offer store credit for a replacement item.
5. Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds, see above for store credit options.
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the event that a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
- Our team will assist customers in resolving the issue promptly and efficiently.

- Our dedicated customer service team is available Monday - Friday 7am to 1pm EST to assist customers with any inquiries, concerns, or assistance they may require.
